Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete that data.

ZERO TOLERANCE NSFW POLICY
Enhance AI maintains a strict zero tolerance policy toward all Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content, including sexually explicit material, pornography, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non consensual intimate images, graphic violence, and hate content. This policy applies to all content generated, uploaded, or submitted through our Service.
To enforce our NSFW Policy, we automatically collect and process all prompts, inputs, and generated outputs submitted through the Service. This data is analysed by automated AI classifiers and, when flagged, reviewed by our human moderation team. We retain records of policy violations including the offending content, associated account identifiers, IP addresses, and timestamps, for the purpose of enforcement, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

Where required by law or in response to a lawful request by a public authority (including national security, law enforcement, or judicial orders), we will disclose user data, including account information, IP logs, prompt history, and generated content, without prior notice to the user.
