To delete your account and all associated data, please use the account deletion process in your dashboard or contact support. We will honor deletion requests promptly, except for data we must keep for legal or business reasons.

11Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete that data.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used the Service or submitted information, please contact us to have their data removed.

12NSFW & Prohibited Content Policy

Content Moderation Data We Collect

To enforce our NSFW Policy, we automatically collect and process all prompts, inputs, and generated outputs submitted through the Service. This data is analysed by automated AI classifiers and, when flagged, reviewed by our human moderation team. We retain records of policy violations including the offending content, associated account identifiers, IP addresses, and timestamps, for the purpose of enforcement, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

How Prohibited Content Is Handled

When prohibited content is detected, whether automatically or via a user report, we will:

• Immediately block generation or delivery of the flagged content.
• Permanently delete the offending content from our servers.
• Immediately and permanently terminate the associated account.
• Retain violation records for legal compliance and to prevent re registration.
• In cases of CSAM or non consensual intimate imagery, report the violation and associated data to NCMEC, Interpol, and/or relevant Indian and international law enforcement, as required by law.

Data Disclosure to Authorities

Where required by law or in response to a lawful request by a public authority (including national security, law enforcement, or judicial orders), we will disclose user data, including account information, IP logs, prompt history, and generated content, without prior notice to the user. We are legally obligated to cooperate fully with such requests and to preserve relevant records during any investigation.

No Expectation of Privacy for Prohibited Content

Users have no expectation of privacy with respect to content that violates our Terms of Service or this Policy. By using Enhance AI, you acknowledge and consent to the monitoring and moderation of all generated and uploaded content for the purpose of enforcing our NSFW and Acceptable Use policies.

13Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will post the new version on our website with a revised "Last updated" date and, if required, notify you (for example, via email or in product notification).
