That choice is written into the prompt, not set as a switch, so listen to the take and try again if the voice is wrong.

Yes. Mureka 9.5 BGM only makes background music, so it never sings. It reads the first 1,024 characters of your description. On Lyria 3, write instrumental only in the description and put vocals in the Avoid box.

The model decides. There is no length setting. The Lyria 3 Clip tracks we made for our own videos each came out about 30 seconds long. Every track shows its length in your library. For a longer piece, repeat or join tracks in any video or audio editor.

An MP3. Both Mureka 9.5 models are asked for MP3, and the Lyria 3 Clip tracks we made came out as MP3 too. There is no WAV option and no way to get separate stems. Each track also gets a small cover picture made from your prompt when one can be made, at no extra cost.

Yes. You own the tracks you make and can use them for personal or commercial work, like YouTube videos, ads and client work. You are responsible for how you use them. We cannot promise that YouTube or any other site will never flag a track, because their checks are not in our control.

No. The studio makes new tracks from text only. It cannot make a track longer, remix a song, split it into stems or take an audio upload. To try a new version, tap Reuse settings on a track in your library, change a few words and make it again.

Moods: Uplifting, Epic, Chill, Dark, Happy, Melancholic, Energetic, Mysterious, Romantic, Aggressive. Instruments: Drums, Strings, Piano, Synth, Choir, Guitar, Bass, Flute, Violin, Trumpet, Harp, Percussion. You can pick as many as you like. Anything else, like 80s retro, goes in the Additional style box.

Say the style first. Then the beat, two or three instruments, how it grows and ends, and the mood. Then say if anyone sings. A few sentences is plenty. On Lyria 3, put what you do not want in the Avoid box; the Mureka models do not read it. Do not ask for a copy of a real song. Our Terms do not allow content that copies someone else's work, so describe the sound in your own words.

Your tokens come back on their own, and the track is marked as failed in your library. You do not pay for a track that does not finish.
