To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Have an active subscription to EnhanceAI.
- Have not used more than 10% of your monthly credits.
- Contact us at info@enhanceai.art with your name, email address, and subscription ID.
We will process your refund request within 14 days of receiving it. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that some banks may take longer to process the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you do not meet the eligibility criteria or if we suspect any fraud or abuse.
